Nadja Kötter

Nadja Kötter is a specialist in labour law and handles individual and collective law mandates at AfA. Her main focus relates to providing advice to employees in severance situations on all labour law issues such as regular and extraordinary terminations, notices of change, termination and settlement agreements, and reference disputes. Before joining AfA, Ms. Kötter spent several years working for a Frankfurt employment law firm, where she advised both companies and employees on all issues of employment law and works constitution law.
