AfA once again awards the prize for excellence in English in 2024 at the FAU
On 29.02.2024, the prize for an outstanding achievement in the certificate programme, initiated by the Fachsprache Jura team from the FAU’s Language Centre and sponsored by the Nuremberg law firm AfA Rechtsanwälte, was awarded for the fourth time. The award ceremony took place as part of the graduation ceremony of the FAU’s law school.
Larissa Scherer, assistant to the managing partner of the law firm AfA Rechtsanwälte, presented the prize on the stage of the Audimax in Erlangen together with lecturer Francis Henry.
This year’s prize winners were Raffeal Bauer, Pascal Kraus and Johannes Ohm. Pascal Kraus and Johannes Ohm were present at the graduation ceremony to accept their prizes and each received a cheque for €350.
On 19th April a small gathering also took place in the offices of the law firm AfA in Nuremberg. Alongside the three prize winners were lecturers Francis Henry and Dr. Kevin Pike from the FAU. Eva Ratzesberger, who is in charge of the Nuremberg office of AfA, as well as Larissa Scherer and Corinna Dannewitz heartily greeted their guests in the offices of the law firm.We would like to take this opportunity once again to congratulate the prize winners and to wish them all the best for the future, and we look forward to continuing our successful collaboration with the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
