Attorney Waghma Kopp works for AfA in all matters of individual and collective employment law. In addition to representing works councils nationwide in labor court proceedings and in conciliation committees, she also advises them on the drafting of works agreements. If necessary, she also represents works council committees in resolution proceedings and in proceedings before the conciliation committee. As a speaker, she regularly trains works councils in all matters relating to works constitution law.
She studied at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and completed her legal clerkship in the district court of Darmstadt.
Before joining the firm, Waghma Kopp worked for a trade union as a legal protection secretary, where she was responsible for individual employment law and social law cases.
Even during her legal training, she gained practical experience in collective labor law as chairwoman of a works council.
