Attorney-at-law Ruben Zeman handles the full spectrum of individual and collective employment law at AfA Rechtsanwälte. He advises and represents employees nationwide on all individual employment matters, especially dismissals, termination agreements, and other disputes arising out of the employment relationship. Another key focus of his practice is the comprehensive counsel and representation of works councils: Mr Zeman assists works-council bodies in drafting works agreements, guides them through conciliation committee proceedings, and enforces their interests in decision proceedings before the labour courts.

About Ruben Zeman

Attorney-at-law Ruben Zeman provides comprehensive counsel on both individual and collective employment law at AfA Rechtsanwälte. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a prestigious labour-law boutique, representing employers and gaining extensive practical experience in employment-law advisory work and litigation.

Mr Zeman read law at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and completed his legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Mainz.

He is fluent in German and English.
