Nils Sullivan advises clients on collective and individual employment law. He mainly advises and represents works councils in negotiations on reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans as well as in the drafting and negotiation of works agreements. He also represents works council committees in proceedings before the conciliation committee and in labor court resolution proceedings. As a speaker, Mr. Sullivan regularly trains works councils in all areas of works constitution law.
Mr. Sullivan studied at the Humboldt University in Berlin and worked in law firms with a focus on asylum and employment law during his studies. He then worked for the Berlin Senate Chancellery and the legal department of the ver.di Federal Executive Board. He passed both exams with distinction. Mr. Sullivan advises his clients in German and English.
