Mira Ney

Attorney Ney supports works councils in successfully asserting their rights to information and co-determination, including in the context of complex corporate restructuring. She assists her clients in difficult negotiations with the employer and offers goal-oriented conflict solutions in the interests of the works council.

As a speaker, she regularly trains works councils in all areas of works constitution law.

Before joining AfA, Ms. Ney worked for several years in a major law firm in the field of employment law. She worked in particular in an international context and advised her clients on all issues of individual and collective employment law.

Mira Ney studied in Heidelberg and Barcelona. She completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
