Maximilian Wetzel

Maximilian Wetzel also advises clients in English or French.

He supports works councils, central works councils and group works councils throughout Germany, in particular in negotiations on reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans, in the drafting of works agreements, in labor court resolution proceedings and in the conciliation committee.

Maximilian Wetzel is also a regular speaker and holds seminars for works councils on all areas of employment and works constitution law. He regularly writes specialist articles for AiB (Arbeitsrecht im Betrieb) published by Bund-Verlag.

Maximilian Wetzel studied in Freiburg i. Br. and in Strasbourg (France) and completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Karlsruhe.

During his legal training, he gained practical experience in individual and collective employment law, including in law firms, in trade union legal protection and in companies.
