About Kevin Fischer
Attorney Kevin Fischer advises on all labor law disputes, such as in dismissal protection proceedings, in the negotiation of termination agreements, and other conflicts in ongoing employment relationships.
Mr. Fischer also advises works councils, general works councils, and group works councils on all matters relating to works constitution law, in particular on the reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations, on the drafting of works agreements, and, if necessary, represents them in decision-making proceedings before the labor court. He also works as a speaker and regularly writes specialist articles for AiB (Arbeitsrecht im Betrieb, Labor Law in the Workplace) published by Bund-Verlag.
Mr. Fischer studied in Heidelberg and Strasbourg. During his studies, he focused on individual and collective labor law and gained practical experience in this field at the German Trade Union Confederation and as a research assistant at a medium-sized commercial law firm. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe, specializing in labor law, including at an international commercial law firm in Berlin. He passed both exams with distinction.
Mr. Fischer also provides advice in English and French.
