Jan Ottmann

The main focus of his work is advising works councils, central works councils and group works councils throughout Germany. Mr. Ottmann represents works councils in the negotiation of works agreements, in the context of conciliation boards and in resolution proceedings before the labour courts.

As a lecturer and speaker, he regularly trains works councils in works constitution and labour law. As an author, he has already contributed to numerous publications for Beck Verlag and Bund Verlag.

Mr. Ottmann also advises employees on the drafting and review of employment contract clauses, on liability issues in ongoing employment relationships, on regular or extraordinary terminations and on dissolution and settlement agreements.
