Evgeny Khazanov

The main focus of his work is the provision of legal advice to executives. He advises employed managing directors and board members on all employment law issues, in particular in negotiations on the structuring or termination of the employment relationship.

Attorney Khazanov supports executives in special corporate situations such as crises, business transfers or corporate transformations. He has in-depth knowledge of general civil, corporate and tax liability issues and assists executives in minimizing liability risk. Contractual liability privilege and subsequent indemnification from liability play a central role in this regard.

Attorney Khazanov also advises on compliance and data protection issues, in particular on the question of liability of corporate bodies due to missing and insufficient compliance measures.

Another focus of his practice is advising works councils nationwide, including joint and group works councils. He assists works councils in labour court resolution proceedings and in the conciliation board. If required, he assists works councils in negotiations with the employer on a reconciliation of interests and a social plan.
