Dorothee Schwedes advises and represents works councils, central works councils and group works councils in all matters relating to works constitution law, in particular in negotiations on reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans as well as in the drafting of works agreements. If necessary, she also represents works council committees in resolution proceedings and in proceedings before the conciliation committee. As a speaker, she regularly trains works councils in all areas of works constitution law. In addition, Ms. Schwedes also represents employees out of court and, if necessary, in court in all employment law matters, for example in dismissal protection proceedings, in the negotiation of termination agreements and in all types of conflicts in ongoing employment relationships.
Dorothee Schwedes studied in Berlin and Constance. She has been working exclusively in employment law and on the employee side since 2012. She worked for many years in a Frankfurt boutique specializing in collective employment law and therefore has a wide range of experience, particularly in advising large general and group works councils, solving challenging legal problems and conducting difficult negotiations.
