Attorney Alina Arnold provides comprehensive advice on individual and collective labor law. She supports employees as a contact person for all labor law issues, from out-of-court advice to legal representation. Another focus of her work is providing comprehensive advice and representation to works councils. Ms. Arnold supports works council committees in drafting works agreements, accompanies them in conciliation proceedings, and trains works councils throughout Germany in all matters relating to labor law. In addition, she deepened her expertise by completing a part-time master's degree (LL.M.) with a focus on European labor law.

About Alina Arnold, LL.M.

Alina Arnold studied at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg and spent a semester abroad in New York. After working at an international commercial law firm specializing in corporate law, she completed her legal clerkship at the Bamberg Higher Regional Court.

Alina Arnold was admitted to the bar in 2022 and began her career at a national consumer protection law firm based in Berlin. She has experience in advising on national and European labor law issues as well as in handling client matters in consumer law and legal tech projects.

Attorney Arnold advises her clients in German and English.
