Alexander Simon

Alexander Simon studied at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and completed his legal training at the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court. He passed both state law examinations with distinction.

During this time, he spent several years working as legal assistant in a medium-sized business law firm, where he acquired special expertise in data protection and IT law. One focus of his work was advising companies on the data protection-compliancy implementation of technical systems, particularly against the background of the start of the EU Data Protection Regulation.

He regularly writes articles for the journal Arbeitsrecht Aktuell (ArbRAktuell) published by C.H. Beck.
